I would like to see this expanded on, nice idea for an indie horror. Alot of pulp fiction that could play out into some good gameplay. That old man was cracking me up.
I think more movie talk with the patrons and maybe some more choice-based conversation paths would bring a lot more to the game given its environment and the fact that you need to play it through in full without being able to skip much for the different endings.
It’s a solid game but I think it misses the opportunity for a lot more movie geek or even VHS-store related humor, since most conversations don’t add much to the overall story. Technically and visually it’s very sound, though!
Just wanted to say The VHS Paradise is a blast! Those (secret) endings got me hooked. Great job on creating such a chill yet thrilling experience. Hope to see more!

I really love the game so much I got the 3 endings, I really surprised from third ending that is brakes didn't work in my opinion this is my favorite ending and thanks for this great game <3!
Puppet Combo vibes, which is always welcome. Love the VHS aesthetic, appreciate the mini-game of body checking the thieves, enjoy the fact that there's multiple endings and dialogue tree.
Not sure how I'd address this, but you can just sort of chill at the front door and basically auto-nab the thieves. Also, it'd improve replayability if the thieves were randomized (i.e. more characters and a 50/50 chance for them to try to steal or not).

It's really cool. I especially love the atmosphere it makes and I just love the environment, the whole store is modelled in a cool way.
